Minimalist's Leaf by BlackBlossomJewelry Minimalist's Leaf by BlackBlossomJewelry
A leaf I made out of wire. I've been attempting some minimalist's designs as you can see. If you would like to learn to make something similar, check out this tutorial here! It isn't mine, but it's really quite similar.

Purchase this here! l My Etsy Shop l Commission Me l My Blog

Hi um not to be rude but could you have gotten this design elsewhere? You see I sell a tutorial on this piece both here -> www.etsy.com/listing/102305201…

The similarities between mine and yours are far too similar to be coincidence. The only difference between them is that you dount coil the wire around completely in this one and the bail is different. Otherwise they are practically the same piece. If you did get this design from me  all I ask is to be credited for it with a mention and a link to the tutorial in compliance with my tutorial terms and conditions and copyright policy.

Lovely job by the way :)

Thank you. But no unfortunately. I do not expect you to believe me (I can see the similarities, they're pretty obvious I admit) but a friend of mine drew this design for me. She actually gave me an entire sheet of odd leaves because, according to her, she was bored in class. I'll also ask her about it the next time I see her.

Though if you like, I can link you in the description anyway. Maybe, "If you're interested in making something similar, check out this tutorial! It isn't mine but the similarities are striking." And of course, the tutorial link would be included.

And I also like your addition of the beads. :D

Not a problem dear haha I can understand that. You definitely might want to check up on that with her just in case.

I would greatly appreciate that actually! That way there is no confusion on anyone else's part either so if someone else sees it and thinks it's mine they will know that it's ok and your not an art theif XDDDD people can be pretty ruthless about that on here unfortunately!

And thank you, I am actually in the process of re-doing the design with different bead placement and such. It was an old kinda cruddy design I did two years ago when I first started experimenting with the coiling techniques XDD

I'll definitely ask her. I emailed her a few hours ago but no reply yet. I'll PM you when she does reply though. And yes, it would be quite unfortunate to be considered an art thief. XD
